A Weekend Kitten Party of Cute and Precious Fur Babies

Weekend is here, and these kittens wanna party!

Saturdays are all about soaking up the sun, relaxing in bed, and partying to celebrate the last night before needing to set your alarm. We all love what the weekend brings us. Some of us use it to do a yoga class, to see a friend for coffee, and to spend all day in bed just breathing your own air. Some like to drive to the neighboring town and let loose, to have a day trip with a friend trying all sorts of foods and other things. And some people like to party. You know who else likes to party? Kittens.

Kittens have so much energy that it would be impossible for them to exist like that without some sort of release. They're permanently on the verge of throwing a party. The moment they wake up from one of their many naps, they're immediately in full party mode, and suddenly it's time for chaos! Their capricious natures have us bouncing up and down to the beat of their zoomies. Their curiosity captures us, and there's a celebratory vibe at all times. Everything becomes more exciting. A dangling string? Party. A torn up paper towel? Party. Moving your feet under the blanket? Party.

Kittens don't need a reason to party. Their youth is what makes them so energetic, and they can't even help it. They create their own excitement and entertainment out of anything. They pounce, tumble, slide across floors, and leap into the air like tiny acrobats who are both very skilled and slightly unhinged. There's something hilariously contagious about it. Their enthusiasm is so genuine that you can't help but get pulled into their world. It's like they're at an eternal playground, and you're invited. They zoom from one end to the other, they meow, they scratch and bite, but all in good and gentle fun. They balance that line between gentle innocence and menacing creature. Eventually, the party crashes just as quickly as it began. One minute they're bouncing off the walls, and the next they've exhausted themselves and they're curled up asleep in the middle of your lap.
